"Great cocktails, zero complaints"
The cocktails were damn good. Not that watered-down nonsense you get at some places, just nicely balanced, cold, and actually worth ordering. It’s such a simple thing, but it made the whole meal better. I’d go back just to grab a couple drinks, no problem

I was surprised by how good these crabs were. They tasted fresh and sweet, and they weren’t dry at all. For delivery, this was WAY better than I expected.

"Decent Overall, but the Bathroom Needed Attention"
The place was mostly clean when we stopped in. The tables looked wiped down and the floors were fine, so it’s not like the whole place felt dirty or anything. It’s not even about that, really, it just seemed like they were busy and missed a few things. The bathroom was kind of messy and had a bit of a smell, which brought the cleanliness rating down for me. Not terrible, but I’d give it 3 stars for cleanliness

"Not Bad, Just Not Fast"
I ordered from pinchersusa and everything showed up fine, so I can’t say it wasn’t a decent experience. The only thing is the service was average speed-wise. It took longer than I expected to get updates, and delivery wasn’t exactly quick. Nothing terrible happened, but it also wasn’t not slow, if that makes sense. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something in a hurry.

"Ordering was fine, just a little clunky"
I ordered online and it was mostly easy to figure out, but a few parts felt kind of clunky to me. It took longer than I expected to find a couple menu items and make sure the pickup details were right. The order did go through and I got the confirmation, so I guess everything was okay? No big problem overall, just felt like the process could be a bit smoother

"Good for a seafood night, just a little hit or miss"
We've ordered from Pinchers a few times now because we like doing seafood nights at home. The shrimp has usually been really fresh, with that clean taste and no weird smell, which I definitely appreciate. The crab was decent too, but one time a couple pieces were kind of dry, like they’d been sitting a bit longer than the rest. So, yeah, overall not bad. I’d order again if I’m not in a hurry, but I do hope the freshness is a little more consistent next time.

"Takeout felt safe and secure"
I’m always a little nervous with takeout because one small leak can ruin the whole bag, but this was packed really well. The food was still hot when I got home, nothing spilled, and the containers felt sturdy. Definitely appreciated the extra peace of mind...

"Quick and easy visit"
I went in thinking I’d probably have to wait a bit, but they helped me quick. The food came out quicker than I expected too, which was a nice surprise. It was just easy, really easy, and I didn’t feel like I was stuck sitting around forever. Definitely appreciated that.

"Took a while, but the manager did respond"
I had an issue with my order and at first it felt like nobody had even read my message. I waited a few days longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. Eventually the manager got back to me and helped sort things out, so it ended up being okay overall.

"Pretty decent menu, but it gets samey"
I’d probably gave it 3 stars. Pinchers have some good menu options, mostly seafood, and there’s a few other things if you’re not that hungry. I was liking the shrimp and crab stuff, but after going a couple times it kinda feel like the same choices over and over. Not bad or anything, I just wish they had a little more variety besides the usual fried shrimp, crab, and fish.

Went to Pinchers with my family even though I’m not really a seafood person. I ended up getting the burger and fries, and it was alright, nothing crazy. The fries were decent, but the burger was kinda plain tbh.
The service was nice and everyone was friendly, plus the whole place had a chill vibe. I just wish they had a few more non-seafood options on the menu. Not a bad spot, but I’d probably only go back if the crew picked it.

"Reservation was handled really well"
I booked a reservation through pinchersusa.com and it was really easy. I got the confirmation email/receipt right away, so I knew the time was set and didn’t have to second-guess anything. I ended up needing to tweak the reservation a little, and they took care of it quickly with no annoying back and forth. When we got there, everything was ready for us. Simple, smooth, and exactly how it should be.

"Chill Beachy Spot"
Not gonna lie, I really loved the vibe here. It felt super relaxed without being too loud, and the whole place had this fun beachy atmosphere that just put everyone in a good mood. It’s a great spot to hang out, enjoy dinner, and not feel rushed.
